Magdi greeted us at the door and promptly sat us at a lovely table.  The restaurant has an old world charm that was perfect for a Sunday evening.  We had let the restaurant know that we were opting for the 6-course Chef&rsquo;s Choice tasting menu, it was fantastic!  Each course was just the right amount of food with amazing flavors and creative combinations.  The pace of the meal was spot on, giving us time to relax a minute and enjoy the wine we had ordered.  Magdi and Roberto (?) were very attentive and efficient and extremely friendly.  The evening passed by quickly and, by the end we were beyond satisfied.  Don Carlos is definitely a restaurant to seek out when in Milan.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a wonderful dinner here with our daughter, food was excellent, service was even better. We ordered parmigiana, the eggplant was perfectly cooked and the whole dish was a dream, Strongly recommand also cotoletta and risotto. Definitely will go back!
